		TRADE DEADLINE PASSES KINGFISH MAKE A DEAL AT THE BUZZER
		The Baton Rouge Kingfish of the East Coast Hockey League have traded for forward Mike Barrie of the Birmingham Bulls in an 11th hour three team deal. The Kingfish give up defenseman Jason McKee to the Bulls and the rights to centerman Sean Berens go to the Trenton Titans. The Trenton Titans in turn passed the rights to Ryan Moynihan to Birmingham. The Kingfish will retain the rights to Berens at the conclusion of the season. Barrie, 26, started the season with the Utah Grizzlies of the International Hockey League scoring two goals and nine points in 20 games. In eight games with Birmingham he had five goals and eight points. The slick 6' 1", 195 lb., center had 41 goals and 37 assists and 250 penalty minutes two years ago with the Bulls. The Kelowna, British Columbia native is currently under league suspension and will miss this week's games. McKee had scored twice and assisted nine times in 21 games with the Kingfish and another goal and two assists in 17 games with Richmond. The Kingfish have lifted the suspension of forward Forrest Gore, acquired last week in a deal with Richmond, and have signed him to a contract.
